Wore my Heartrate Monitor Tonight

We hitup the gym again tonight.  I wore my heartrate monitor while I was running on the elliptical.  I was so right.  TheNordicTrack was WAAAAY off!  I guess I need to wear that thing every time I go work out.  For some odd reason, I’m obsessed with keeping proper records when it comes to working out.  I’ve been like this since I’ve been doing P90X.  It just seems like the right thing to do whenI do this.
